I can not recommend Trudi from Horse Pet Keepsakes highly enough. There are no words in the whole language but I shall try. After a very sad and traumatic event I contacted her and within 24 hours she went over and above any level of customer service I could of ever requested. Two beautiful items of jewellery completed and collected within 5 hours of drop off. She stayed up from working a night shift to complete for us so that we could present to our dear friend as soon as was ever possible. Such compassion and professionalism truly shines through in her work and persona.

I recently lost both my beloved horse and my dog I had a beautiful bracelet made out of horse hair and a lovely heart chain out of my dog hair they are both perfect trudi is a lovely very helpful and friendly and was a quick turn around on my products would very highly recommend her.

I have used this company twice. I first approached them when my darling pony crossed rainbow bridge. They were very sympathetic and understanding. They went through everything they offer and made some lovely suggestions. I decided on a bracelet made from my ponys tail hair. The bracelet arrived in good time, and I was extremely happy.
Another time, my friends dog passed away. Again, they were lovely. They made a beautiful necklace, using the dogs fur.
Would happily use this company again.

When my friend sadly lost her beautiful horse I wanted something special for her to remember her by. I got in contact with Trudi via Facebook and she suggested certain items and sent me pictures via Facebook to look through and see if I could find something that I thought my friend would love. Well Trudi could not of been more helpful and understanding and i decided on a bracelet. Trudi recommended I sent the mane recorded delivery ( after all it is precious cargo). When the bracelet arrived it was beautifully wrapped and she even sent the mane back that was not used.
My friend loved the bracelet and wears it on a daily basis.
I could not recommend Trudi enough to anyone who wanted a special keepsake of their much loved animal..
